二谛

(二諦, 二谛)

Two forms of statement: (a) [lang id =1028]俗諦 (sa) saṃvṛti-satya, also called [lang id =1028]世諦, [lang id =1028]世俗諦, [lang id =1028]覆俗諦, [lang id =1028]覆諦, meaning common or ordinary statement, as if phenomena were real; (b) [lang id =1028]真諦 paramartha-satya, also called [lang id =1028]第一諦, [lang id =1028]勝義諦, meaning the correct dogma or averment of the enlightened. Another definition is [lang id =1028]王法 and [lang id =1028]佛法, royal law and Buddha law.
